1. Agreement

By accessing or using the Events Manager platform ("Service") provided by FX2 INFORMATION SERVICES LIMITED ("Company", "we", "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Service Description

Events Manager is a professional event management platform that provides tools for managing events, clients, suppliers, inventory, invoices, contracts, and related business operations.

3. Account Registration

• You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials
• You must notify us immediately of any unauthorised access to your account
• You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service
• One person or legal entity per account

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any illegal purpose or in violation of any laws
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Service or its systems
• Use automated scripts, bots, or scrapers to access the Service
• Upload malicious content, viruses, or harmful code
• Interfere with the Service's operation or other users' access
• Resell or redistribute the Service without authorisation
• Store or process data that violates applicable data protection laws

5. Data Ownership

• You retain ownership of all data you enter into the Service
• We do not claim ownership of your business data, client lists, or uploaded documents
• You grant us a limited licence to process your data solely for providing the Service
• You can export your data at any time using the built-in export features

6. Subscription Plans

• Free trial accounts are limited to 30 days
• Paid plans are billed monthly or annually as selected
• Prices are displayed in EUR and GBP
• We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice
• Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis

7. Service Availability

We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We are not liable for:

• Scheduled maintenance downtime (we aim to notify in advance)
• Outages caused by third-party services (hosting, DNS, email providers)
• Force majeure events

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind
• We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Service in the preceding 12 months
• We are not liable for data loss caused by your actions (e.g., deleting your account)

9. Intellectual Property

The Events Manager platform, including its design, code, and documentation, is the intellectual property of FX2 INFORMATION SERVICES LIMITED. You may not copy, modify, or distribute it without permission.

10. Termination

• You can close your account at any time through your Profile settings or by contacting us
• We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms
• Upon termination, you can export your data for 30 days before it is deleted

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance. We will notify registered users of material changes via email.
